Intramurals
Competitions for any number of teams, with registration and fees collected up front.
Club sports
Student-run teams manage their own squads, inside your rules.
Festivals and cups
Weekend tournaments with brackets and live scores for the crowd.
Varsity and friendlies
Fixtures, results and public pages for teams that represent you.
Built around the academic year
A program groups the semester's competitions: its blocked dates keep fixtures off exam weeks, and discipline carries across.
Blocked dates
Exam weeks, reading weeks and holidays, set once for the semester, are respected when fixtures are generated.
Rest and venue rules
No team plays twice too close together, and the gym or pitch hours are never exceeded.
Postponements
A called-off game gets suggested replacement dates, and both captains are asked.
One registration
A club enters its team into several of the semester's competitions at once, signs waivers and pays each organizer fee.
Staff and student officials
Recreation staff run everything. Student officials sign in with their own accounts and see only what their role allows.
Admin
Everything, including billing and who has access.
Organizer
Runs competitions and publishes results.
Referee
Scores and signs results for one competition, and records cards.
Media
Uploads photos and clips and drafts reports, but can't publish.
Scorer
Scores the pitch or court they are assigned to, and nothing else.
Team manager
A student captain manages their own team's squad and waivers.
